On August 8, 2009 permission was granted for the LMA:
"I would like to include by band as a taper-friendly band and allow shows to be traded openly. We would appreciate your consideration. Samples of our music can be found @ http://www.shunganunga.net , http://www.youtube.com/theshungaman and http://www.myspace.com/shunganunga .
We grant permission to tapers and traders to distribute our shows under the following conditions:
1. No one may profit from recordings of our music (including ad revenue).
2. Traders must acknowledge the artist and respective artist's copyrights.
3. Have fun.
